Do you have any questions regarding how our massage therapy training courses work?

How Do I Book A Course?

First select your chosen course, then select a venue which will offer you a selection of dates to choose from. Select the date of your choice and follow the payment link.

What Are My Payment Options?

Payment can be made using our PAYL8R page . We are very flexible with our payment options including full payments, finance options and spread payments. You can see your payment options by clicking here.

Do I Need To Bring Any Equipment?

No, all equipment required on the day of your course is supplied by The Massage Academy.

Do I Need Insurance To Work As A Therapist?

Yes. As our courses are accredited by ABT, our students can benefit from a 10% discount from Professional Indemnity Insurance. Contact us on 01924 671836 to receive your discount code. You can visit ABT Insurance by clicking here.

Will I Have To Do Any Additional Work To Achieve My Qualification?

No, there is no extra work required to achieve your qualification. However, there is an option to carry out case studies and receive feedback from our teaching team.

How Are The Courses Structured?

All of our courses offer practical based tuition with supporting underpinning knowledge. Our days start at 9:45am and finish at 4:00pm with a short break for lunch.

Will I Have To Practise On Different People?

You will be required to give and receive treatments as part of your training. All of our courses are mixed sex so if you require to work only with someone of the same sex then please discuss this with The Massage Academy PRIOR to booking.

What Qualification Will I Receive?

All successful completed courses will receive The Massage Academy’s Diploma Certificate which is accredited by ABT.

When Will I Receive My Certificate?

If successful, your certificate will be presented to you upon completion of the training course.

Are Courses Suitable For Complete Beginners?

With the exception of our advanced programmes, all of our courses are suitable for students with no prior knowledge or experience.
